how do I decrease body type?

Hiya! So I have this mare, and I'm breeding TBs, and she's only a 2* eval. I'm working on getting 5* evals if anyone has any but uh I need some help getting her body type down and her build from very light to light. If anyone can help me with this, thanks!

I'm not exactly sure if this is the best way to do it, but what I would do is take the mare, and since she is very light, breed her to a stallion that is the level above light (Medium? I can never remember those), and you will most likely end up with a foal that is light.

As far as I know...the body and build is set when they are born. I am pretty sure that you cannot change that.
