Red, Gold, Green?

So on the horses description they sometimes have a red, gold, or green highlighted for its, stamina, intelligence, etc. What is the best color? I always thought green, but is it gold?

I believe it is Green. The order being Green -> Gold -> Red
Gold also being known as Yellow.

The order from best to worst is gold -> green -> white -> red
