Sale price of fully trained horse
Hi Everyone!
I'm only a few days old on this game and am slowly learning the ropes. One thing I'd love to know is how much you sell your fully trained horses for, regardless of breed and stats (if that's a possible exception).
Thanks!

Re: Sale price of fully trained horse
Without considering anything else, a fully trained horse should at least be sold at training cost. Although there are quite a few different prices out there, I think the general consensus is that full training should be somewhere between 15k and 25k. So selling a fully trained horse without considering anything else should be able to sell between 15k and 25k.DreamingInColour wrote:Hi Everyone!

Occasionally, I'll train up a grinder and generally speaking it only takes a couple days before said grinder gets picked up between those prices.
That being said, since you're new, you can certainly pick up a grinder from the community for much less, or even for free. A lot of us (myself included) are willing to sell a newbie a free grinder horse to get them going (free denotes a purchase price of $1).

Thank you BlackOak2, I would love to maybe have a look and buy one or two. May I ask, what is a grinder? Merry Christmas

Re: Sale price of fully trained horse
A grinder is a trained horse that does well in local competitions - so you can grind for pony tokes, money, xp and more turns. Grinders will get you a long way and kickstart your economy, making it easier to advance in the game whether your focus is on breeding, training, competing or something else. As BlackOak said, many experienced players will offer new players grinders for low prices or for free.DreamingInColour wrote:May I ask, what is a grinder?
Grinders are the only reason I can keep my premium account. They get me enough pony tokens to stay that way, which I personally believe is such a great thing as it evens out the "pay to win" playing field and gives all players an opportunity to get far as long as they work for it :)
As for the price, I generally pay between 25k - 100k for a fully trained horse with good stats and perfomance in local shows. The higher prices are usually because I'm too lazy to post an ISO and just purchase whatever decent horse can be found in the market. If the horse has average or bad stats, I don't think they will sell for much more than 15k - 20k, if at all, because there are so many good horses out there.
And then you get players that post information that doesn't match the horse's description in their sale posts and price them ridiculously high (cough, 1.000.000, cough), but they never sell, so I would not recommend that! :P

Merry Christmas to you as well.DreamingInColour wrote:Thank you BlackOak2, I would love to maybe have a look and buy one or two.

That should get you a grinder.
I am currently working on two horses myself, but I purchased them for my own project, however, if either of them doesn't work out, I could sell one to you for a discount price (I would require 7000 for either of them). If you wanted both of them then I would take 6000 for each.
It will still be a couple days for my work with them to be completed.
If you want me to produce a free grinder for you, then I'll have to purchase one from the market. That would still take approximately three days (depending on the holiday and how often I can get online).
