Is it possible to sell tack if so how

It is, but for a very small price. Go into you're inventory and you'll see the sell button for each item. Unless you're desperate for money, many of us would suggest you just leave it in your inventory. You can enlarge your inventory by the button at the top of your inventory screen.

We cannot yet sell to other players (I do not know if this will be added to the game at some point or not).
