So I noticed in the wiki, for example... Kathiawari says "Baladi x (Arabian x Turkmene)" . I am a bit confused here. Cause that cross produces an Akhal-Teke. So why doesn't it just say Akhal-Teke. Also, is producing a breed from its founding horses a trial and error thing? I have produced two foals by my Akhal-Teke out of my Baladi. Neither were Kathiawari.

An Akhal Teke is completely different from an Arabian x Turkmene. One is a new breed, the other is a crossbreed.

(Arabian x Turkmene) does not guarantee an Akhal-Teke. Those resulting in the cross is actually required as stated "Baladi x (Arabian x Turkmene)" for a chance of Kathiawari. Using a Baladi x Akhal-Teke will not give you the desired results.

Ohh I see, Argent I did not understand, but Arabela I do. So basically I would need to be sneaky and find an arabian or turkmene that would NOT evaluate for a Teke. Sneaky, sneaky Larissa lol.

There is going to be the option to "downgrade" a new breed into its cross, sometime in the future. So we will be able to take an Akhal Teke and change it "back" into an Arabian x Turkmene.

I have been trying to breed a Kathiawari horse, Baladi x(turkmene x arabian) But I always get Half Baladi foals, 5 of them now. I tried different Sires, 2 different mares(my 2 mares are 4*)... anything I can do to improve my luck?

You just have to keep trying. It took me 20 different foals from 3 pairs to get my Pindos ponies. You just have to have patience. Some pairs will make many, others will only end up making one. Because of my patience, I have now around 15-20 Pindos ponies.

There is no such thing as a 'Crossbreed Wiki' for HWO.
When speaking about crossbreeds here on this topic, they're talking specifically about crossbreeds used in recipes that will produce certain breeds.

To see if your horse is a 'crossbreed', just look at your horse's Breed there under it's name and color.
If you want to see if your horse came from mixed breed ancestry or is a foundation (a recipe breed foal), look at it's pedigree and such horses will have different breed parents than that horse.
