New Breed?

I was thinking about creating a type/breed. Would I be able to do this and create a “registry” in the forum with standards. I haven’t been able to find anything about this type of thing so I thought I would check.

I do think that's generally the plan in the future. But since it's still in planning stages, who really knows? I'm also sure that the community will get some basic say in how it's programmed into the game. But of course, who knows?

Things to consider for that future time: What will the horse look like? (Heavy pony, Heavy horse... small... large, uphill, downhill, etc.)
What is the horse 'proposed' to be best at? (for instance, thoroughbreds in real life are 'primarily' considered a racing breed)
What is the horse's evaluation? (this will most likely be one of the most important factors, so height limits, body size and type and also build)

From what I remember, when this is added to the game, they may be directly added to our breeds wiki page as an actual 'breed' just like the rest of them. I suspect there will also be a recipe to make them, so this should also be considered for your new breed work. Although I don't know if the recipe will be for us to determine or for our admins.

I'm looking forward to this addition sometime in the future myself.
