The pricing for premium accounts is not set in stone but it will likely be in the range of a few dollars a month.

The exact list of feature for Premium Accounts isn't available yet. I would like to answer this question better but it will have to be a question I answer closer to when more of the game is ready. The simple answer is the Premium Accounts will get more access, more things, more to do, etc.

Yes there will be a huge variety of tack in different colours, styles and types.
