Hippodrome runs
I suggest private hippodrome runs.
Some breeders have many horses they wanted to test and understand, if these horses fits sport or not. Enter each horse in the different competitions (now im talking about such competitions as all tipes of racing, where you can enter only one horse) to test them is boring and hard because every racer faces different competitiors.
So why not to competу against your horses? If you have enough money you can buy/rent hippodrome and host competitions with only your horses to figure out who is "sportcar" and who may be sold. Earnings? Of course, no earnings for this.
