Auctions?

Kind of like sales, but obviously with the ability to have bidding and what not.

I would definitely like this feature! Maybe the horses could be displayed in a show-ring too? Once horses manes and tails can be trimmed and what not it would be even better.

I think this would be great. But I think it would be important for the player to temporarily give up custody until the auction concludes (perhaps a 24 hour period). This would ensure that the horse is unchanged from when people first place their bid which is very important. Additionally I have had several nicely stated horses born but because they do not fit my breeding programs needs I have rehomed them. I would love to get them to other breeders but do not have the space on my farm (especially since my pastures are bugged with invisible horses) to keep them and wait for a sale.

I think that auctions would be very helpful in this game. It would make it a lot better, too. So you don't have to physically put the horse up for auction.
It would make everything easier. Like you could put the horse up for... 48 hours or whatever. You would not need to make a huuuge forum page and keep up with times and such. This would be a great addition in the game. I have a lot of foals that do not fit my program but could definitely be used, not rehomed. I could easily put the things up for auction.
