Possible Horse Glitch

I cannot load the image of one of my horses. Even after trying multiple browsers, I can only see a tuft of hair where the dock of the tail should be. Is this a common occurrence?
The colt is located in my sale pasture and is a little over 2 yrs if anyone would like to see and let me know if they can see him.
