So... I think I see Dun. Champagne for sure. Possibly Cream.
Amber Dunskin (is this even the correct name)? Could it even be double Pearl instead of Cream?

I guess Amber Cream + Dun is the most likely.

Amber Cream Dun yup. That's my guess per Totina's guide. It's the combination of 1 cream, champagne on a bay (dark mane) plus you can see (vaguely) the dun marks. Dark eyes and pink skin plus the freckles gives the champagne otherwise double pearl (no freckles).

Yup, but double Pearl would also cause pink skin and dark eyes. So what about double Pearl + Champagne (freckles) + Dun? Would she be lighter than she is if this was the case?

Well, I think the parents carry cream. Especially the mare - looks like 2 cream + champagne. 2 cream because pink skin and blue eyes.

Double Pearl + Champagne per Argent's guide I think would make the mane and tail lighter than it is.
