
Victory Hills Ranch Boarding and Aging
Welcome to Victory Hills Ranch Boarding page! I will be starting my boarding business to make some more cash.
Most of my boarders will be in my barn, unless you want your horse pastured for a lesser fee. Upon arrival, your horse will be blanketed, wrapped, and haltered!
Your horse will in a grass pasture that will be kept long, and green.
Pricing depends on age, all payments will be due at time of retirement, how that will work is you put a horse up for a dollar, I buy it then put it back for sale at the price that the service cost.
15 to 17= 5,000
18 to 20= 3,000
21 to 23= 2,500
23 to 25= 1,500
Greater than 25= 500
Most people will tell me not to feed their horses anything, BUT if you want your horse to have something more than grass, I will charge these extra fees:
Hay 50%= $50
Alfalfa 50%= $100
Must be filled out exactly for your horse to be accepted

Liability for Boarders
Victory Hills Ranch is not responsible for your horse's aging, I will not except horses over the age of twenty.
If your horse retires while on Victory Hills Ranch, Victory Hills Ranch is not responsible for your horse's passing.
Once a Week Aging Policy
Once a week I will use all of my turns ( a real life week) That way your horse won't age too much.
Pricing,These prices apply only to real life days/ weeks, Per horse
Barn Fees
One day= $250
Three days= $550
One week= $1,000
Two weeks= $2,000
Three weeks= $3,000
One month= $5,000
Longer than Three months= payments will be once a month at $5,500 per month
If your horse will be longer than three months,they will possibly rotate from the barn to the pasture about once a week
Pasture Fees
Pasture fees will be $100 dollars less per horse
Extra Fees
Your mare can be bred to a stallion of your choice during your horse's stay! That fee will be about $1,000
Late policies & Fees
Once your horse's boarding has begun, I will mark in the notes when your horse's boarding ends.
Pickup
Pickup is simple, I put your horse up for offer only. You offer the price of boarding and then I will except
Pickup Policy
You will have 1 IRL day to pick them up before you are charged more.
Late Fees
IF you do not pick your horse up, the late fee per day is: $500 a IRL day. In the event that you do not pick up your horse in one week, the horse is considered mine

Aging Out Policy and Information
Policy
I won't accept horses under the age of fifteen, as this would take too long for me to age, and it would prevent me to have more people's horse to age. And, if you do sign up for this, please know YOUR HORSE WILL DIE, that is what happens when you age a horse. Horse's Accommodations

If you are going to start a boarding farm you may want to make it frozen, as in you dont use turns once you start boarding horses.
