Multiple Accounts

Will players be allowed multiple accounts, and will they be allowed to interact with each other, such as one being a stud farm and the other for competition?

In the previous game players were allowed 2 accounts. This seemed to work well and very likely we will continue with the same rule, however nothing is set in stone.
