Someone purchases a horse meant for you?

Recently I arranged to purchase two mares in this thread, however one of the two was purchased by another player. I pinged them in the thread and requested that they put the horse back up for sale but didn't receive a response. (here is the horse in question) Can anything be done about this?

The only thing that can be done is what you already did, pinging the person and asking them to resell the horse to you. They may have not seen the thread or whatever other reason they bought the horse.
