Dang, I would love to see pics or links of a sooty dapple in this game, because I don't think I've seen even one yet.

I have a couple dapples saved on my other account.
I tend to keep Buckskins and Palominos that dapple, because I think the dappling shows up best.

Here's an example of minimal dappling - note that the dapples only show up on the part that also shows soot:



This girl has a whole bunch of soot (she's so dark!) but barely-there dappling:



But this mare has great, all-over dappling that stands out really well from her Silver Buckskin "base":




I hope these images give you a better idea of how dappling can appear in this game.
I have to give a lot of credit to CarouselCowgirl - she and I teamed up together a long time ago to get these dapples together in the Andalusian breed.

Oh wow! That hard work sure paid off in a gorgeous way. I'm in love with that third dapple.
