It was a valid question, no reason to be rude. Are you looking for people to train your personal horses? or are you trying to sub contract trainers to train other people's horses for you?

I want employees for example: if I'm training a horse and another person wants their horse to be trained, the horse i am training will go to the employee so they can finish training that horse... i will pay half the money to the person who finishes the training...it is difficult for one person to do the training so that is y i want employees. and sorry for being a bit to rude..

once you have the skills trained, training is easier. Training for others is only difficult if you don't have your skills up high enough to train a horse fully in under 4 years.

I would get quite upset if I'm sending a horse to you for training, if another person ends up training the horse...what would happen if that person decides to quite playing and they still have my horse? Can you guarantee they can get the training done in a certain amount of time? Will they breed my horse?
