Bought Player Bonus but It Didn't Work?

I bought the extra day player bonus yesterday and woke up to only 6 days instead of 12 :( Help?

If you purchased the
"Increase Max Saved Days
Doubles the maximum saved days you can have."
bonus and have not yet received it, you will need to contact our admins and be prepared with the purchase number.
You can either ping them or contact them directly through the contact us option at the bottom of the page.
