I have recently bred a Dutch draft and I’m confused on her colouring.

You linked a colt, not a filly, but I assume you still mean him.
It's still early, but according to his parents, he'll most likely be a chestnut pangare, just like them. In fact, I suspect he'll look almost identical to his father, without the flaxen.
