Stat Limits

Is it possible for a horse to be trained to 100% in all stats? If so, how do you do it? Thank you! ;)

I do not believe so, but we're supposed to be able to, I'm not sure what the difference is.
With all player skills in training completed, quite a few of the horse stats can be finished to 100, including some being able to train above 100.

Perhaps since last I've read up on training questions, answers and the occasional debate, somebody has succeeded in this. I have not yet heard of somebody succeeding.
