That is possibly highly debatable and all dependent on what people are looking for.
What I suggest is put her up for a set price of what you will definitely except, and then put an OBO on her. This gives players a chance to also offer what they think the mare is worth to them.

Certain things that definitely increases value of horses is (in no particular order):
Full or almost full training.
Rarity of color or breed (this only increases value if there are people out there looking to purchase what the horse has).
Confirmed production of new breeds.
Confirmed winner in high level, player-made competitions.
Foal of confirmed winners.
Producing confirmed winners.
Low COI (this is also debatable and entirely dependent on what the player wants, some don't care about COI).
Near perfect breed standard conformation either in look or evaluation.
Honed skills toward certain disciplines.

There are a number of other ones, but they get more and more specific. Don't be surprised if it takes a long while for you mare to sell. Then suddenly it's gone. It all depends on what somebody is looking for at any particular point in time. Especially when farm projects end and begin.

Good Luck!

Yeah, I forgot green and gold stats and high HGP.

Don’t worry it takes time and patients. If your not concerned about the money then you could rehome her for free (the button underneath the sell button).

She will sell eventually and their are loads of people out there who aren’t looking for a mare in foal because it takes time to train the mare and foal. I suggest if you do still want to sell them then you wait until the foal is born and then you can sell both of them individually and your more likely to get better prices on both of them and sell them quicker.

I hope this helps

Best of luck
