error while training my horses

hi im new so i dont exactly know how to train my horses well. only a couple of actions show up white and most are red. when i press the red ones it says "errror your horse is injured but the injuries are turned off for now so no worries" but it wont train. it even says that on most of the white actions execpt like one. its realy annoying. and also could u pleassseee give me some training tips too like what to put the walk or trot or canter or track or hill ect ect . thanks
