Beta and alpha tester

So I’ve seen a few members that have beta and alpha tester banners. Are they just super old players or Is the game still in beta and a few players are testing things before they are released? Just a question. Sorry if it’s already been answered.

They were here testing the game before it was released to the public. They were some of the very first players.

I don't believe there has been any pre-release testing for awhile (a number of years), it's all been done by our admins then released to us. However, I suppose they could be called upon again if another large testing needed to take place.

The game is not in beta.

We were testing right up until open an the core group of us still make ourselves available to the admins to bounce ideas off of, as well as offering suggestions on new and current features.
