Can't get past tutorial

Hey,

So I've just started and I followed the tutorial, going to the adoption centre and got a mare. When I first bought it, a pop up came up saying I didn't have the skills to get another horse or something, and didn't say that I had bought it, but when I went to 'my farm', the horse that I chose was there but the tutorial isn't continuing. Help??? Is there something that I haven't done correctly? I just want to play

You can play and ignore the tutorial, it'll just stay as a banner along the top. You can revisit it again at a later time if you don't want to finish it now.

I'm not sure what happened, but it sounds like either the game, the mouse or the connection glitched and it tried to adopt twice. Or something weird like that.

Visit the quickstart newbie guide in the guides help forum. It has a list of ways to jump-start a stuck tutorial, if that's what it is. But I think that you'll probably have to do the step again.

Some of the things to keep in mind: you may have to research a player skill and finish it to upgrade the amount of horses you can have. You also may have to purchase and place another barn or pasture to upgrade the room you have for additional stock.

As a last note, the tutorial is decently exact, it will tell you what you need to do, so just follow what it says. For instance, purchasing a bridle when it asks for you to purchase a halter won't fulfill the quest.
