Breeders name?
I cant find anywhere on the forum where I can reed about breeders names. I think it is sad that people change my horses names when I sell them because it is not shown on the name that it is me who is the breeder. Id like a breeders name or a name that cant be changed when the horse is sold. Any tips for me?

Re: Breeders name?
This has already been offered and is planned at some point in some way at a future date.Lumberjacks wrote:I cant find anywhere on the forum where I can reed about breeders names. You can ask to keep your mark or name after the horse is sold, but once it's sold, it belongs to the new owner, it no longer belongs to you. Some of us will not change names or marks when we purchase horses, but others will. There is no way to stop this unless you choose to not sell your horses and let them die on your farm. Doing this will ensure your marks and names will never be changed.
It is not right to demand your marks or names to not be changed, but asking is entirely acceptable. Do not get upset if these are changed, if it upsets you, then don't sell.
That said, there are farms out there that will purchase unneeded horses to be aged out at a fast rate if you find yourself low on room.
Good Luck.
