Unicorn Horn Questions

I just got a unicorn horn and have a few questions.

1. How do I put it on a horse?
2. Can it be taken off?
3. Can the unicorn horn be passed on to offspring?

Same as any other tack, when you click the green "Change Wearables" button on any horse, it'll be under the "Hats" section.

Just like Hidalgo said.
It's more like a costume than it is an actual horse to unicorn change. Take it on, take it off, put it on multiple different horses, but the horn does not a unicorn make. Therefore offspring can only 'become' a unicorn if they wear the horn as well.
