The Greys are Here!

We have some very exciting news to report!

The Adoption Centre staff have just received news that grey horses have been spotted in the wild Arabian herds. They will be doing everything they can to add some of these beautiful grey Arabian horses into the Adoption Centre.

The AC Staff want to remind you that they can only hold a small number of horses. Each time a horse is adopted there is a chance for a new horse to take it's place. And if we're lucky, the new horse might be grey!

The Grey gene has over 40 "helper genes". These helper genes control everything from the rate at which the horse will grey out, the dappling, the various stages a horse might go through, and how quickly he'll grey out.

With so much variety it's going to be exciting watching these horses grow. If you manage to get one from the adoption centre post a link here so we can all "Ohh and Ahh" over them!

• • From Ancient breeds it will be availaible propably only on Arabians. You will need to crossbreed it with other breeds to get it ^^
