Freibergs

Today I finally got my first Freiberg colt! He looks to be a bay roan, and he has one green and one gold stat!
I also got another filly besides the first two I bred:

My Freiberg population has grown to a grand total of 4!
Still undecided as to what discipline to breed my Freibergs for...
Thoroughbreds
As for my Thoroughbreds, I got my first 65 speed colt today
He's evaluated 5* for a Thoroughbred. He also has nice strength and stamina, so I'm hoping he'll go far!

New guy to add to my list of Noteworthy Thoroughbreds! The People's Horse has a speed of 62 and nice strength and stamina. He just became the winner of the 2018 Belmont Stakes (Titan was a close 2nd).

Freibergs
I've decided to breed my Freibergs for racing since I am most familiar with this discipline.
This is the fastest Freiberg I have right now, a 49 speed colt:

I have a long way to go to breed better racing conformation into my Freibergs so I can get their speed up...
Thoroughbreds
I have started introducing different colors to my Thoroughbreds besides the standard chestnut, bay, etc. I am especially focused on bringing in silver dapples.
This guy has been the main stud for introducing dapples:

His speed is only 57, but he has given me quite a few 60+ speed foals so far! He is an excellent sire and I'm hoping to get some nice silver dapples out of him
He sires not only silver dapples but other random colors too like this cremello colt:

and this flaxen chestnut colt:

Freibergs
Change of plans for my Freibergs! Since they are naturally built heavier than racing breeds, I would have to completely change them in order to have them excel in racing. So I've decided to focus on 5* evaluated Freibergs that excel at the sport of Cross Country!
My first Freiberg

Is decent at cross country, despite her lack of stats and high GP. So I have chosen Cross Country as the discipline to breed the rest of my Freibergs for. I may also branch to Show Jumping and Hunter. I could breed them for eventing, but I'm not a big fan of dressage.
I can't wait to see my Freibergs in the cross country rankings
Cross Country, Show Jumping, Hunter
Even-tempered
Moderately Thin to Moderate
Cross Country: Stamina, Strength, Agility, Balance
Show Jumping: Balance, Strength, Agility, Speed
Hunter: Movement, Strength, Tempo, Balance

Freibergs

My first 50k GP Freiberg was born today

This guy has the best Cross County stats of all my Freibergs so far, so he's in training
My Freiberg population has grown to a whopping 16 now!

I am totally in love with this black dun 63 speed colt:

Thoroughbreds
I've gotten some decent colored Thoroughbreds, including:

Now I have decided to embark on a new colored project- pseudo white Thoroughbreds!

I'm starting with this little guy that was born today because he has two cream genes. It it going to take me a while to introduce champagne and other genes necessary, but I'm kinda excited for white Thoroughbreds! I am going to have to make sure this line keeps from spreading to my other Thoroughbreds, because I hate greying and I don't want that gene in any of my other Thoroughbreds other than the pseudo-whites! Anyway, wish me luck
I've also started a brand-new racing Thoroughbred club! Come check it out!

Hello UnoRie1729,UnoRie1729 wrote:Hello,
I've read through your Farmlog, and I want to say that your horses are absolutely amazing, they have excellent speed and such, along with a good build.
How did you manage to get them to do so well? And of course, they are absolutely stunning. Also, congratulations for being the first Freiberg Breeder, it's no small feat! I admire your Trakehners as well, what lovely horses. I've heard about your Thoroughbred Racing club, and am interested to be in it. I hope you consider me.
On a last note, wow, you are so kind as well, helping newbies to train and all that, it's really nice of you.
Best Regards,

Thank you so much for your kind comments!

I would love to have you in my club! So far there are three other members; I am hoping to get a few more before I get the club up and running!
Thanks again,
Megan

Thoroughbreds

My second 65 speed Thoroughbred colt was born today!
So excited! He looks to be a silver black dun, but hopefully he'll get a few dapples from his sire! I also hope that he will turn out better than my last 65 speed colt did
