I am trying to breed my Bhutia mare but I don't have a stallion and I looked it up and there are only like 60+ horses in the game, I was wondering what would be the best method of trying to get ahold of one of those breeders to see if I could buy a stallion off of them? Because I haven't found many breeders in the game, and am running out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated!

Did you try going Market -> Adoption centre, or Market -> Horses for sale?
