is there a set number yet for how many of a certain breed needs to be in the game before it will show up in the adoption center?

Right now it's not so much a question of what the population should be, thats a simple decision to make, the hold up is that I still have to write a script to compile the genetics data for a particular breed before it can begin to appear in the adoption centre. Without this data the adoption centre has no idea what genes to choose from when creating a new horse. This is probably a couple weeks away still.
