Looking for a trainer

I'm looking for a trainer for my Frisian mare ^Morning^Star^ Age 3 years, 2.5 months I would like her to be trained to at least 90% on all stats her current stats are below if you would be able to train her to 90-100% before she turns 5 that would be awesome let me know how much it would be to train her to that percentage thank you.

Finding someone to train her before she turns 5 would be nearly impossible. If she goes to a certain trainer she can be trained a little over the age of 6.
