I think he is a silver sooty varnished Brown Cream with Lp. His foal picture Shows him with a mealy pattern, wich blacks don't have. For a Palomino/Chestnut base his mane seems much yellowish and rather indicates silver wich isn't shown on chestnuts. His Sire is a palomino and had a brown parent, so that is where your boy receives an e and At; his dam is black, so that definitly gives an E and a. He got the Creams of both his parents (in the dams foal picture she is grey rather than Brown, wich indicates the Cream) and one sooty (those "dapples") Sty, Lp and as mentioned the silver Z from his sire.
In conclusion:
Sire - Varnished Sooty Palomino w/ Lp (e/e At_ Cr/n Sty/n Lp_)
Dam - Smoky Black (E_ a/a Cr/n)
and your boy:
Silver Sooty varnished Brown Cream with Lp (E/e At/a Cr/Cr Sty/n Z/z Lp/lp)
I could be wrong, but from his parents and his pictures it seems the most likely ^^

He is a Silver Smoky Cream Dapple with Lp
His grand sire is incorrectly labeled as brown
Normally, black coats don't show mealy, however when you get the silver dapple there is a version of mealy that comes with it.
Any horse with silver dapples is black based, however this isn't to be confused with sooty dapples, which can be on any coat color except black. and would show the base coat in the dappling vs the white dapples which is characteristic of the Silver dapples.
When Silver hits Cream on a black coat it tends to yellows the coat
Example of Sooty Dapple

Example of Silver Dapple (seems to be the browner versions seems to be linked to cream, I still need to test this)
