Only Colts

Hello! I've have bred multiple times now and all I seem to get are colts and I really wished I could get fillies instead. I'm pretty new to this game so I don't know the ins and outs of this game, so I was wondering is there a genetic reason for this? The would be understandable beacuse I have been using the same 2 mares for breeding. Anyway, can someone please clarify why I'm only getting colts? Thankyou! :D
