A&M Equestrian Center Is Opening Up To Public Training! (CLOSED)

Hi there! I've finally decided to open up to public training. I am currently full, but I am willing to put 2-4 people on a waiting list. I have not trained for many people, but I can try to provide references if wanted. I do not have the greatest internet, it's very slow. If my internet ever decides to black out on me, using my phone data, I will inform you about it, and you will have 2 options. You'll either be able to pick up your horse, or you can leave your horse in my care. If you choose to leave your horse in my care, your horse will not age a day, nor will the training continue until my internet is up and running. Also, if you leave your horse in my care, I'll take 25%-50% of the cost off, depending on how long it will take.

A horse I trained for Darklass.
A horse I trained for myself.
Another horse I trained for myself.
This one I only trained for the sheen which is why he is not all the way done.
More Important Information:
I can train a horse in 3 years and 6.5 months. I may be faster, as I've been taking more classes after I determined this. I also can train a horse from anywhere between 12 hours-3 days. On average, I train in 24 hours. I am not 100% sure on how to change temperaments yet, so I rather not be requested to change a temperament. Using the discipline potential sheet (that was posted on the forums) I can also write down the top 5 disciplines for your horse with no extra cost. Just ask for it whenever replying to this post. I also write your horse's conformation if it is not already there for no extra cost. I am not good at maintaining weight either. So, what will happen is, I will throw your horse on weight gain, and your horse will be very fat. Whenever training is finished, I will put your horse on a diet until it is at desired weight. I will place the horse on my side account (Maddie..) and you will have 3 days to pick up your horse. My side is not fully developed yet, which is why the deadline is so short. I will ping you the second the horse is on my side. If you fail to pick up the horse, I have the right to either sell, keep, or rehome the horse.
Prices & Services:
Fully trained (99.1%+ in all stats) $20,000.
Halfway training a horse (400%) $10,000.
Partial Training (200%) $5,000.
Finishing up a horse (99.1%+ in all stats) Price varies on how far the horse is trained.
Restrictions:
I will not accept any pregnant mares.
I will not accept any horses over 15 years of age.
I will ignore requests that do not follow the application set up.
I will ignore disrespectful players.
I train my own way, not the way you want. As long as all stats are maxed, does it matter what training method I use?
