I'd say he's Smoky Cream. And I'd love to have a foal by him when he's of age, haha.

I would actually lean to a pearl cream, myself.. My stallion is a Smokey cream http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/397 and you can see he's slightly different, not as shiny. And your stallions eye's aren't blue, they are a brownish hazel, which points to pearl if I recall correctly.

Yeah, your stallion is a Smoky Cream, but I'm fairly sure Latte's shininess is inherited from his Turkmene side (it's thought to be caused by a "Satin gene"). Pearl would further lighten the coat, not just make it shiny.
