Not able to post...

So my friend made an account and I was looking at it because I was trying to help. I couldn't fix it nor could she. The game won't let her name her horses, except for the random name generator, which I thought was pretty weird. Then I messaged her in the forums and she was trying to quote me, but there was no quote button. When we scrolled to the bottom of the page together, she was unable to even post a message. I don't know what is going on or if it's something that happens when you're starting out because it never happened to me when I was new. PLEASE, WE DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!!

If your friend put in her age as younger than 13, then that explains the "can't quote" or "can't message" problem.
She probably can't go into the Chat Room either, amirite?
That's because there's a law against under 13s going into chat rooms and posting stuff on some websites.

The other thought may be that the browser she's using may be the issue. Try changing browsers. Also check out the newbie guide in the help section, there may be some other fixes there that might work (the issues section near the bottom has the 'fixes' that seem to work for the game).
Not being able to name the horses though, or type at all... that sounds like the keyboard might not be working on the computer. If it's wireless, it may need new batteries.

Since you say she is under 13, she is probably protected under the law Storm mentioned. If she is protected, then she will not be able to name horses, edit notes, be in chat and forum, and a few other things. Hope this helps.

Since you say she is under 13, she is probably protected under the law Storm mentioned. If she is protected, then she will not be able to name horses, edit notes, be in chat and forum, and a few other things. Hope this helps.
