Set price for Private Sale? Answered

Is there a set price a horse has to be for a private sale? I put a horse up for $1 and had the block checked for private sale but someone still bought the horse for $1. Don't know what went wrong but that was annoying. I had plans for him.

If you want to put a horse up for private sale you put $0 for the offer and/or check the private sale box
