The closest ones will be:
Pole Bending: Speed Agility Intelligence Balance
Saddleseat: Balance Agility Movement Intelligence
Western Pleasure: Intelligence Balance Movement Tempo

But your horse may not be talented in any of these. You can find talent by entering low-level, player-made comps and taking a look at the scores. You may find your horse talented in areas of the breeder's report that are weaker. Thus the frustrations of breeders!
