Can't Edit My Farm Layout

Can't Edit My Farm Layout

Recently I bought a barn for my horses, but when I tried to place it on my farm and rearrange my pastures so that it would fit, the barn stays in the same place where it was before and my pastures return to where they were originally placed as well. I don't recall there being a save option once you are in build mode, but could someone please help me or tell me what I am doing wrong?

When you place a pasture or barn, you need to flip it to make it stay put.
