Year Turns Question

Post by slick »

When does your max amount of turns increase? Right now I can have only a max of 24 turns saved.

Unless I'm mistaken: you have the maximum amount of saved turns you can accrue on this game. Upgrading offers you 12 saved turns (from six if you're not upgraded) and purchasing the bonus of double the accrued, saved days. Gives you 24 turns.

These will build back as you use them, for upgraded I think it's every six minutes.

Also... does every comment have to be looked over by a mod before it is posted? Or does your seniority eventually let the posts automatically comment without being reviewed?

AND....

To get a horses skills over 100%, does that have to do mainly with your player skill training levels completed?

Yes, as long as there's no bugs, each horse on your farm will (should) age 2 weeks.
You may see your horses' ages differ slightly (14 years 8.6 months versus 14 years 8.5 months), this is because of the way the system handles the progression and there is some debate why some horses seem to 'gain' points or hours of a day and other horses don't.
Also, when you take a turn, you gain a certain amount of experience (it is based on your level), your horses are all fed their grass, grain, hay (and so forth), and the feed cost is taken from your money. If you happen to get stuck on a day, you don't have enough money to feed all your horses, just take all their feed off for that day, you won't pay to feed any of your horses and they won't die of starvation (they can't die of starvation right now).
Also, mares can give birth and horses can die, so your older mares (at and above 17 years) have a slim chance of dying the day they give birth (they can't die if they are pregnant right now).
