NEED A TRAINER FOR MY FILLY!

hey! I started horse world online a day ago, and I have a great foal.
I really need her to be trained!
I rehomed all my horses because they weren't good, so when she was born it was a great achievement for me because she has a good breeder's report (I think)
Im not sure what conformation is, but I think hers should be very good.

I've been reading posts in the forums and I think (not sure) that she's a rare breed or something.
Again, I'm new and totally confused, so correct me if I'm wrong
A very nice player helped me out and now I have enough money to pay whoever trains my filly around 10k, give or take a few k.
I don't want her to be older than 8 years when I get her back if possible
And the training should be done by 2 weeks, in real life if you can!
If these things aren't possible, reply to me and we can negotiate.

I can train her for free if I can breed her to a couple of my stallions when she’s old enough. (Training usually takes about 5.5yrs) IRL no more than a week. She may be older than 5.5 but definitely not over 8! She’s not a rare breed but she does cost a lot and will probably make quite a bit of money when trained. Keep in mind this is a very good offer too because training can cost up to 50k or even more. Conformation is basically a chart that shows the strengths and weaknesses of a horse and their capabilities and when training I could put hers in her notes.
