What do the different titles under a username mean??

It is the rank offered by our admins (or website designers) to help identify who has access to what areas of the game and in certain cases, to help identify who helped out in the early stages of the game.

Admin means administrator (our game owners), there are two of these.
Beta Testers & Alpha Testers were the early players who helped contribute and test the game in early development. These people were invited to play the game and I believe in most of these cases (possibly all), they were direct financial supporters of the game.
Premium identifies a player that has an upgraded account. You can do this yourself by visiting the store page.
