It is difficult to know for sure without genetic testing but what can be told about Apple Dew AKR and Nawaar AKR is that they are both black based. Apple Dew's dam has given birth to a double dilute foal so is definitely carrying a cream gene (which is not visible on black horses). No parent to Apple Dew seem to be carrying a pearl gene when looking at their offsprings and offsprings' offsprings so she is probably not a double pearl dilute.
They both have silver and champagne in them for sure. Apple Dew could be roan as well, but on such a light coloured horse it is extremely difficult to see.
Looking at the pale freckles on their muzzles they have cream in them and the dark eyes show that they are not double cream dilutes. So if pearl is being ruled out I would say that both are Silver Classic Ivory Champagne (or Silver Classic Cream for short).

Apple Dew is Silver Black Cream-Pearl Champagne, possibly also roan.
Nawaar look Silver Smokey Cream Champagne.

Cherry bay? He was born a really bright orange-red color and it's stayed with him still.

He's bay. You could call it "cherry," if you like, but it is irrelevant.

If he was silver he would have grey mane and tail. He is a Sooty Amber Champagne.
