I would say buckskin roan. I am not too sure about the tail, may be side effect of buckskin or the roan.

Sooty is the white part on the tail.

The white/grey on top of her tail is caused by the cream gene. She is actually a Dunskin Roan (bay + cream + dun + roan). You can see that she has a darker line just on top of her back like a dun horse and she has the "hair texture" from roan.
