Ok, well I think it's time to say this out loud.
1. Some players on chat are being real disturbances and using swear words, and as we all know HWO is for serious players and players who want to have a good time. These players are ruining all happiness on chat.
2. These same players are pretending to be someone else even though they are the same person. How do we know? Logging in and out of chat 4 times in a row at the exact time is impossible for two different people to do.
3. They are laughing at diseases and depression as well as death and suicide. it really isn't laughing matter.
4. Other players are getting upset.
5. They are telling us to "go kill urself go die i hate u" even though we only told them to stop using swear words.
6. Players are obviously young children and are being quite immature.
7. Players are lying.
8. Players are starting innapropriate rumors like "this player is a huge bully" "They stabbed me" "this player killed my horse"
9. get even worse when told to stop.
10. Players spamming chat.
there's more, but these are the main problems. I'm not going to name anybody, but this is becoming a huge issue and some of us serious players are getting very angry and upset.

I totally agree, They've disturbed the chat days before already but today was absolutely too much, I really don't want to have to see something like that again. They where offending Stormchase Stables before everyone else and I can confirm all the points she wrote in this post as true as I have witnessed them all today.
It would be nice to be able to chat without trouble again.

oh my gosh.... im being serious rn that is DISTURBING isn't HWO a family game made for children? If you can't control your language or be nice then don't speak at all!

I find this disturbing. We have to be very careful how we speak to each other online as we tend to say things we would never say face-to-face. I hope that whomever is doing this will learn to handle online communication is a more healthy way as we are here to have fun.

Terrible. I, as an adult player, would be willing to moderate a chat. Most games like this have mods. I am on quite frequently as well. What else can be done without eliminating the chat?
