Cannot add pasture?

My horses are getting pretty full in the start pasture, so I bought a medium one. Upon trying to "add it to farm" it says I cannot unless I expand my farm. How do I do this? Thanks. :)

In "My Farm" tab next to "Information" click on "Edit my farm".
