Horses, Please read

Post by xXxDruidxXx »

I've found that I often end up with many spare horses that no one wants or will buy. Yet I can't get rid of them as they have a living foal, could something be implemented to get rid of them, even if they still exist just not under anyone's control. They'd still age though to prevent an over flooding population of 'wild' horses.

Maybe there could even be an area were players could pay a small fee to attempt to catch one after they're released?

A "pound" could be nice. Maybe set-up some fee for every horse.

The pound idea is good and dependant on the stats you'll get payed a sum of money by the game when you sell it to the pound and when a player eventually buys it they'll pay it to the pound?

I was thinking more that pound would "buy" every horse for same amount of money. This would also set-up some minimum horse prices and we wouldnt see foals being sold for 1$. Than potential adopting user wouldnt have a chance to see horse stats, only gender, age and breed. And he could adopt if for the same amount as was the selling price.

Yeah that's a good idea, maybe people could be allowed to use breed guide books though. Otherwise most horses will be sent back

What about a meat market? That's realistic ;)
