Half North African Barb?
I've just got a new foal, it's breed must be "West African Barb " but instead it's "Half North African Barb" but it's even not a breed.

Is it my fault or it's a bug?

Re: Half North African Barb?
Its breed is North African Barb. Here is a post about a recent cross-breeding update that explains what half, part, mixed means: http://www.horseworldonline.net/forum/v ... 5814#p5814

Re: Half North African Barb?
But it was a "breeding by the recipe" (idk how to say it in another way) ...
I can't understand why it's not a West African Barb?

Re: Half North African Barb?
If you buy a book for the breed that you want you can evaluate your horse to get an idea of how likely it will produce an offspring of that breed. There are 4 categories that are looked at and the more categories that your horse matches, the more likely that the offspring will be the breed that you evaluated it for.
Ie. If your mare is a match in all 4 categories and so is the stallion than you will get the desired breed. However if both the mare and stallion are poor matches, you are more likely to get a different breed than what you were trying for

Thank you!

And even if both mare and stallion are match in all 4 stars it is sure the foal will be the desired breed. It depends on what it inherit. Sometimes it take a few tries until you get the desired breed.
