The evaluator is working in cm, whereas horse heights are displayed in hands. Could be that the hands are rounded up?

I'll look into this, but I also need to mention that the horses heights are actually stored in centimeters in the database, and compared that way as well. So a horse who is 14 hands, could still be outside the range if rounding is involved.
Perhaps it would be better if I also include the cm ranges in the evaluator too.
