Hi,
if you look at the pedigree of a horse, below the breed and gender you can see something called COI with a percentage behind it. what is this? some are 7-gen COI: 94.72% and some are 7-gen COI: 103.68%

I forgot what the letters stand for but it means how inbred a horse is, so if you bred two horses related to each other then the foal with have a higher COI. I personally breed COI 0 horses that are never inbredPsycho0912 wrote:Hi,
