I didn't recieve my pony tokens when i bought them?
This happened long ago... I bough 500 pony tokens and nothing happened. I thought i had to wait a bit and now there has been like 3 months... Please explain me what i need to do! I really wanna be a premium member...

Did the tokens not get added to your running total at the top of the screen, or do you not know where to go to redeem them for premium access?

I don't see any errors in the transaction logs. I get notified immediately when a transaction fails to apply to an account. Can you please send me the transaction number from the confirmation email you received when you purchased the pony tokens? You can either post it here or email support@wincirclegames.com
